Whoopie Pies

Oct 15

Brrr, half-way through October and I can feel the foreshadowing of Winter. I happened to come across a site that a lady had made showing off her Lego Church. Check it out, it’s very interesting. I really enjoyed legos my self when I was younger… I used to build many things, among them my favorite was to create a vehicle of sorts, it had short walls that covered a normal man’s height, a command and control center on one side, an arcade on the other and weapons protecting each side of the vehicle. It could hold around 20 people at a time and required 4 men to drive it. I wish I had a photo of it.

I have finished the fall theme for Ogden2k.NET. Simply click on Fall 2005 on the right hand side of the blog. I have also added a new addition to the Christianity area, Different types of Christians.

Tuesday when I went grocery shopping, I decided to pickup the ingredients for whoopie pies… I had a craving for them. I made them this afternoon and they came out pretty nice for my first time! You can salivate over them. I think tonight I’m going to watch LOTR:EE on my new widescreen.

Wow…someone who built the church has too much free time. :) Have to say I really like the fall theme more than the summer theme. Where did you get the picture for the fall theme?

I’d like to say that I took the photo… I tried to take one similar, but it’s so hard to manually focus with my camera as I have to push buttons… next time I’ll get a digital SLR.

    Here’s the site: http://www.socksoff.co.uk/walls01.html
